Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in applied machine learning engineering, AI system development, or engineering distributed systems
- Extensive proficiency with Azure, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Demonstrated capability in constructing and deploying agent-based AI systems or multi-agent architectures

- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise cloud security, identity management, networking, and performance enhancement

Responsibilities
- Design and implement intricate multi-agent AI systems utilizing tool invocation, autonomous agent designs, and orchestration frameworks
- Create and execute high-throughput ETL/ELT and feature pipelines employing Apache Airflow and Azure data services
- Develop sophisticated LLM workflows using LangChain, Azure Foundry Prompt Flow, and tailor-made agent frameworks
- Engineer Azure-native solutions utilizing Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI models, Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure AI Services
- Incorporate MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication patterns to facilitate interoperable and scalable agent systems
- Execute RAG, vector searches, semantic memory, and extensive enterprise data integrations
- Establish MLOps standards including CI/CD, model governance, lineage, observability, evaluation harnesses, and automated testing for LLM/agent systems
- Lead architectural assessments, security modeling, performance optimization, and ensure production reliability
