Requirements
Must:
- Current/active TS/SCI security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
- MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field AND 10 years of recent Intelligence Analysis experience; OR a BA/BS degree in a similar field AND at least 15 years of recent Intelligence Analysis experience; OR a HS diploma/GED paired with specialized training and a minimum of 20 years of Intelligence Analysis experience
- Relevant expertise in remote sensing, geospatial analysis, and all-source analysis
- A minimum of 5 years experience supporting the Joint targeting cycle
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and associated intelligence analytic techniques
- Strong research and writing abilities at an expert level
- Proficient in GEOINT software such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS
- Familiarity with photogrammetric concepts and techniques
- Proven experience overseeing and executing target development standards as outlined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D
- Training and expert proficiency in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive multisource target research and analysis to identify, validate, and prioritize targets
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to generate actionable intelligence
- Create detailed target packages for joint lethal and non-lethal missions
- Generate target nominations, maintain target database documentation, and update intelligence products related to targets
- Conduct collateral damage estimation (CDE), battle damage assessments (BDA), and assist with combat assessment tasks
- Oversee target lists and assist in the development of targeting strategies for both planned and dynamic operations
- Carry out all-source analytical assessments to facilitate operational and strategic decision-making
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate intelligence reports encompassing detailed assessments, supporting data, and recommendations
- Ensure all documentation complies with required standards, classification protocols, and formatting guidelines
- Collaborate with intelligence partners to guarantee that analytical outcomes align with overarching mission goals
