Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active SECRET security clearance
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in application system analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven experience in managing IT projects, with strong prioritization and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and cultivate strong professional relationships
- Flexible and adaptive to evolving business needs and technological innovations
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM applications is a plus
- Relevant certifications like Certified Information Systems Analyst (CISA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous
- An active Top Secret clearance is preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of current application systems to pinpoint improvement, optimization, and automation opportunities
- Offer continuous support for application systems, addressing issues, conducting diagnostics, and applying solutions
- Collaborate with business units to capture and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and applications smoothly into the existing infrastructure
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, process diagrams, and user manuals
- Lead and engage in various IT projects to ensure timely completion within budget
- Execute thorough testing and validation of application systems to guarantee functionality, performance, and security
- Provide training to end-users and technical support teams to enhance their proficiency with the application systems
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements are upheld
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to propose enhancements and innovative solutions for application systems
