Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in LabVIEW programming
- Proficiency in creating and modifying LabVIEW applications
- Familiarity with creating block diagrams using Visio
- Understanding of calibration procedures
- Skills in troubleshooting electronic and electrical equipment
- Experience with Automation Direct PLC systems and programming
- Ability to create and manage I/O lists in Excel
- Strong documentation and manual creation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
Responsibilities
- Develop and modify existing LabVIEW programs, ensuring proper backups are maintained
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment calibration before customer shipments
- Edit and create calibration procedures, including the appropriate documentation
- Assist in troubleshooting electronic equipment associated with LabVIEW systems
- Create and update I/O lists for programming based on schematics
- Program and update Automation Direct PLC systems as needed
- Document jumper settings and software configurations in designated locations
- Create and maintain LabVIEW programs while adhering to established programming standards
- Prepare thorough and easy-to-understand operators manuals for products
- Update the history files for all jobs and document software changes accurately
