Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT requests; review, prioritize, and delegate tickets to appropriate team members
- Maintain and update project management tools (Smartsheet), ensuring deadlines, milestones, and resource allocation are tracked effectively
- Provide timely and clear updates to IT leadership regarding workflows, progress, and any potential obstacles
- Work with IT staff to develop clear, user-friendly guides and internal documentation
- Engage in Scrum and team meetings; take notes, track action items, and ensure prompt follow-up
- Communicate with staff to verify issue resolution and update them on outstanding requests
Description
We are SNI Technology, located in Agawam, MA, and we are in search of a meticulous IT Administrative Support Coordinator to be the pivotal hub for our IT operations. This is a contract position with pay ranging from $18 to $19 per hour, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a promising potential for extension or conversion to full-time. In this role, youll play a crucial part in coordinating technical requests while managing administrative tracking and reporting, supporting both our technical teams and end users.
