Requirements

Must:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience/n- A+ Technology Certification or equivalent training and experience/n- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/n- Service Desk and remote support experience/n- 1 year of experience with Microsoft & Apple operating systems/n- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 cloud services/n- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications/n- Experience in Active Directory User Management/n- Knowledge of G-Suite Administrative Console/n- Understanding of VPN Clients/n- Capability to map server file share drives/n- Experience with printers and scanners/n- Familiarity with Windows/Mac applications/n- Skills in desktop setup/n- Basic experience in private and public cloud environments/n- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and wireless technologies/n- Understanding of internet security and data privacy policies/n- Basic working knowledge of Azure and VoIP systems/n- Experience with user and server file restores/n- Familiarity with mobile device management/n- Basic knowledge of camera system infrastructure/n- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other financial applications/n- Knowledge of vendor RMAs (Warranty Process)/n- Familiarity with email trace and spam filters/n- Experience with Remote Desktop/n- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously/n- Valid Colorado Drivers License with a clean driving record and background checks

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair customer-approved hardware and software/n- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customer incidents and requests/n- Foster teamwork and a positive company culture through professionalism, collaboration, and ethical behavior/n- Conduct basic troubleshooting and implement resolutions for customer incidents and requests/n- Offer remote and onsite technical assistance and training to end users/n- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively through email, phone, and ticketing systems/n- Escalate unresolved issues to leadership or higher-level technicians as necessary/n- Ensure accurate documentation of work performed and customer interactions in the ticketing system, closing tasks and tickets punctually/n- Create and maintain client documentation in the document retention system/n- Identify and suggest improvements to clients technical environments and organizational procedures/n- Consistently meet utilization targets/n- Adhere to best practices in line with security guidelines, including CMMC and HIPAA/n- Participate in on-call duties as required/n- Drive company-owned vehicles when visiting clients or conducting company business/n- Perform additional tasks as assigned
