Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in a CRM/ERP administration, business systems, or digital platforms capacity (e.g., CRM administrator, business systems analyst, digital implementation specialist).
- Proven experience handling data in a structured manner (e.g., imports/exports, data cleansing, reconciliations, advanced Excel, or basic query/report creation).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar enterprise CRM platform (preferred).
- Experience in ERP systems like SYSPRO (or similar) is highly desirable, particularly in maintaining CRM/ERP data alignment.
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations, as well as experience in configuring or supporting low-code automation tools (preferred).
- Background in designing and delivering user training or creating system/process documentation and SOPs (preferred).
- Strong grasp of core business processes (e.g., sales, service, operations) and their relation to digital systems and data models.
- Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into system modifications (requirements, configuration, testing, rollout).
- Solid analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a knack for investigating issues within configurations, data, and integrations to suggest workable solutions.
- Proficient in leading training sessions, workshops, and user communications regarding digital transformations, exhibiting a clear and patient approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional digital initiatives that involve CRM, SYSPRO integrations, DSP, and related platforms on a day-to-day basis.
- Convert business requirements into organized user stories, configuration tasks, and vendor requests.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders, IT, SYSPRO, and external implementation partners.
- Plan and assist in system testing (SIT/UAT), which includes defining test cases, executing tests, tracking issues, and obtaining sign-off.
- Configure and manage business applications (e.g., CRM, DSP) within established governance frameworks.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the data model and significant relationships (e.g., customer, machine, order, ticket) within CRM/DSP and their connections to SYSPRO.
- Assist with controlled data tasks such as imports/exports, data cleansing, and standardizing picklists and naming conventions.
- Create and sustain standard reports and dashboards in CRM/DSP/other tools based on specifications provided by management and business stakeholders.
- Conduct intermediate data tasks as necessary (e.g., exports/imports, reconciliations, basic queries, or advanced Excel) to ensure data quality and assist with reporting or troubleshooting integrations.
- Develop and conduct training for users on new systems, features, and process changes (in group settings, virtual sessions, or individual support).
- Create and maintain user-facing documentation, quick reference guides, and concise process maps.
- Track adoption metrics (e.g., CRM usage, completion of essential fields, adherence to workflows) and suggest targeted training or process enhancements.
- Assist the Administration Group Manager in conducting a regular Digital Operations & Innovation schedule (e.g., monthly/quarterly review meetings) to assess backlog, priorities, and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, minimize manual tasks, and enhance consistency across regions or departments.
- Act as a primary point of contact for business users regarding questions about digital processes and tools (excluding hardware or infrastructure issues handled by IT).
- Cultivate strong working relationships with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and other departments to comprehend needs and challenges.
- Provide concise updates to leadership about project statuses, risks, and dependencies.

We are seeking a Digital Operations & Implementation Specialist to join our Administration Group based in Allendale, NJ. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning and executing core digital platforms, with an emphasis on CRM, SYSPRO workflows, and the Digital Service Platform (DSP). We offer an attractive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 and a dynamic team environment where youll engage in both enhancing existing systems and exploring innovative digital services that align with our business processes. You will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and the SYSPRO System Manager to ensure our digital tools are effectively integrated and utilized to foster data growth and improve digital services.
