Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent verifiable education/work experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar position
- Project Management certification is an advantage
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Willingness to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the project strategy, tasks, teams, and resources
- Utilize best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, and tracking of milestones and deliverables
- Maintain project governance and promote accountability for achieving milestones and outcomes
- Identify and evaluate project risks, create mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholder changes to ensure timely and budget-friendly results
- Communicate project updates and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring trade-offs and priorities are clear to stakeholders during decision-making
- Conduct follow-up evaluations post-project to assess successful and unsuccessful elements, and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Manage stakeholder needs and expectations effectively
- Assist in diagnosing project impediments and formulating corrective action plans
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
