Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- Strong enthusiasm for IT, cloud computing, or cybersecurity
- Fundamental understanding of Windows operating systems
- Professional demeanor with a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) (preferred but not mandatory)
- Interest in cybersecurity or cloud technologies (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving attitude (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting business IT environments alongside senior engineers
- Gain practical experience with Microsoft Cloud Technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Engage in user account provisioning, identity management, and implementing security controls
- Participate in endpoint security and vulnerability management processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows desktop and workstations
- Develop IT documentation and operational processes
- Explore how businesses manage their IT infrastructure and gain exposure to professional IT tools
- Work collaboratively with experienced cloud and cybersecurity engineers
Description
We are SKYTEK Solutions, a leading managed services provider focusing on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Based in Coral Springs, FL, we offer a paid, part-time internship designed for IT students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in real-world environments. Interns will work approximately 20 flexible hours per week, receiving valuable insights into enterprise systems and gaining skills that enhance employability in the IT field. Our collaborative team fosters a professional learning atmosphere, opening doors for potential long-term growth and full-time employment.
