Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of expertise in MS Dynamics Sales Hub
- Direct experience configuring the D365 Field Service application preferred
- Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle implementations from design to go-live
- Ability to commit to full-time (40 hours/week) in our Rancho Cucamonga office, with flexibility for a minimum of 30 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Map business processes to enable a seamless Sales and Field Service deployment
- Configure system entities, custom workflows, and automated triggers
- Set up work orders, automated scheduling, and manage resources for Field Service
- Lead end-to-end testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create documentation and conduct training sessions for office staff and field technicians
Description
We are looking for a proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to oversee the design, implementation, and testing of a new CRM platform aimed at enhancing our electrical contracting operations. This project will concentrate on utilizing Sales Hub and Field Service to optimize our digital infrastructure. Initially committing to a minimum four-month implementation, the role may evolve into a long-term part-time agreement for ongoing support, troubleshooting, and future enhancements. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $60 to $70, based on experience, along with a flexible hybrid work structure, requiring three days on-site and allowing for up to two days of remote work from our Rancho Cucamonga, CA office.
