Requirements
Must:
- 2–4+ years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk (Level 2)
- Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
- Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID
- Strong understanding of networking basics, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Experienced in providing professional, face-to-face user support
- Ability to work independently at the job site
Responsibilities
- Manage L2 escalated support issues for end users
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, hardware, and peripherals
- Administer user accounts and access using Active Directory / Entra ID
- Provide support for printers, conference rooms, and office IT equipment
- Set up, replace, and fix workstations as necessary
- Accurately document all work in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with remote teams or senior engineers when required
Description
We are seeking a skilled Level 2 IT Support Technician for an onsite position in Waltham, MA. This contract role lasts for 2–3 months and is ideal for a candidate who can quickly engage with escalated issues and provide effective in-person support.
