IT Manager - Systems and Network Administration

- Act as the main point of contact for all IT-related issues within the organization - Oversee all technology utilized by SDV, including hardware, infrastructure, cloud services, and software applications - Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator for daily operations, collaborating with external consultants for larger projects as necessary - Provide hands-on assistance for daily IT requirements, including helpdesk support, hardware setup, user account management, and troubleshooting - Support both local and remote employees by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions - Manage relationships with vendors and contractors concerning hardware, software, and IT services - Keep an accurate inventory of all installed and spare hardware and software - Analyze functional needs across departments to develop technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency - Identify requirements for upgrades, new configurations, or new systems and applications - Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards - Supervise cybersecurity measures, user access controls, data backups, and system updates - Deliver IT projects adhering to specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints - Develop and document IT policies and procedures to ensure organizational consistency
