Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Over 1 year of experience in project management or post-sales support.
- Capability to effectively collaborate across teams and influence various organizational levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects, respond to delays, and adapt to customer needs or unexpected challenges.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for clients throughout the entire project process.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Convert business needs into clear technical tasks for development teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Break down projects into epics, user stories, and sprint tasks.
- Organize Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or obstacles.
- Ensure timely project delivery within the defined scope.
