Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of power system protection and electrical engineering principles
- Experience in customer interactions and technical support
- Excellent communication skills for training and presentations
- Familiarity with industry standards and SEL products
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer support
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance understanding of power system protection and SEL products
- Assist customers in utilizing SEL products through site visits, demonstrations, and training
- Contribute to the creation of product specifications and testing materials
- Share updates about product applications and testing with national field offices
- Engage in marketing and sales initiatives as well as industry conferences
- Conduct training sessions for customers and SEL staff
- Maintain and refine marketing, sales, and engineering quality processes
