Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field - Masters Degree in a related field (preferred for leadership roles) - Minimum 3 years of software development experience, specifically with the .NET framework - Previous experience as a .NET developer or in designing and implementing complex systems - Proficient understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Blazor, and related technologies - Strong familiarity with software design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Microservices) and best practices for scalable code - Knowledge of architectural patterns like Microservices and event-driven architectures - Optional knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud - Proficiency with relational databases like SQL Server as well as NoSQL databases - Optional experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration tools - Strong understanding of application security practices including identity management - Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for designing high-performance software - Optional experience with agile methodologies and project management - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or .NET Developer (beneficial but not mandatory) - Commitment to ongoing learning and community involvement
