Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar position
- Practical experience managing Google Workspace
- Proficient in structured troubleshooting methods and able to work autonomously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and handling multiple requests in a fast-paced setting
- Preferred: Experience within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Preferred: Familiarity with SaaS administration and vendor management
Responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and SaaS platform issues across the organization
- Employ systematic troubleshooting techniques to pinpoint root causes and implement viable solutions
- Clearly communicate with end-users about issue status, next steps, and resolutions
- Keep precise and thorough documentation of support tickets
- Administer and support Google Workspace and other key business applications, including user provisioning and account management
- Manage end-to-end resolution of issues, including liaising with vendors
- Monitor system health and proactively identify configuration or licensing risks
- Maintain accurate records of technological assets, including laptops and mobile devices
- Oversee the setup, deployment, reassignment, and decommissioning of devices
- Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Organize technology setup for new employees and ensure proper access is granted
- Facilitate prompt deprovisioning and device recovery during employee offboarding
- Ensure documentation and processes remain consistent throughout the employee lifecycle
- Maintain and enhance IT documentation for regular workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and diminish recurring issues
- Contribute to the development of scalable and repeatable IT practices that align with organizational growth
