Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in technical support with strong troubleshooting abilities
- Basic knowledge of electrical concepts (voltage, current, wiring)
- Understanding of AC vs DC systems
- Proficient in using basic tools such as multimeters and hand tools
- Capability to adhere to testing procedures
- Logical thought process for troubleshooting
- Skilled at diagnosing issues and identifying root causes
- Comfortable with wiring and product assembly
- Ability to mount and install displays
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in simplifying technical concepts for others
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to receive training in dimmer and photometric testing
- Open to engaging with technical materials
Responsibilities
- Address, diagnose, and resolve technical inquiries from electricians, consumers, sales representatives, and customer service personnel
- Test and assess new products, compiling reports that summarize problems encountered and provide suggestions for enhancements
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate technical issues and execute effective solutions
