Requirements

Must:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration - Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related discipline - Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting - Proven experience managing and troubleshooting a Windows Active Directory environment - Strong understanding of LAN/WAN troubleshooting and network hardware configuration - Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal staff and external stakeholders - Professional demeanor suitable for a corporate environment - Highly dependable team player committed to maintaining system availability and safeguarding company data - Willingness to travel between local offices when necessary

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and various hardware within the organization - Ensure that Windows systems are kept current with essential security updates - Provide top-tier technical support for hardware and software issues, serving as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolution - Oversee the management of computer refreshes and maintain the fleet of mobile devices and tablets using MDM solutions - Handle the procurement of hardware and software, while maintaining thorough documentation for all system and application changes - Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network equipment and VoIP phone systems - Actively engage in various IT projects, such as deploying office equipment, migrating software, and tuning systems to achieve organizational objectives
