Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with TMS platforms
- Knowledge of WMS/3PL order and inventory processes
- Ability to troubleshoot API, FTP, and system-to-system data exchanges
- Understanding of FTP/SFTP connections and security best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on service
- Experience in EDI integration and enterprise solution architecture preferred
- Familiarity with Trinium and TMW systems
- Experience with database management systems including SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, and PostgreSQL; NoSQL experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to debug complex systems efficiently
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily EDI operations across various platforms
- Resolve integration issues, including missing transactions and data inconsistencies
- Monitor and manage alert notifications
- Facilitate onboarding of new trading partners, including surveys, tests, and validations
- Support coordination of API-based integrations related to shipping and tracking
- Utilize knowledge of EDI file types such as 204, 210, 214, 990, and 997 in daily tasks
- Serve as the technical liaison for Customer Service, Account Management, Fulfillment, and external partners
- Clearly communicate to facilitate problem resolution and complete tasks
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, integrations, and problem fixes
