Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree with 3 years of relevant experience; Bachelors degree with 2 years; or High school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in monitoring ticketing systems for extended periods.
- Strong adherence to standard operating procedures and data entry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting directly with end-users, including executives.
- Exceptional customer service capabilities.
- Familiarity with imaging mobile devices.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Active interim secret clearance or higher, with the ability to attain a secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced, daily operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for intricate operating systems and mobile workstations.
- Oversee, coordinate, and execute complex software installations.
- Develop, implement, and advocate for standard operating procedures and schedules.
- Manage, maintain, and repair enterprise devices catering to a remote global workforce exceeding 20,000 users.
- Use an IT Service Management ticketing system (ServiceNow) to track incidents and requests along with their respective solutions.
- Perform administrative functions on devices both in-person and remotely to tackle a wide array of issues.
- Assist customers visiting the office either through scheduled appointments or walk-ins.
- Organize, set up, and perform troubleshooting on devices brought in for (re)imaging.
- Provide prompt technical support and instruct users on the correct operation of devices.
- Update and create official documentation and records for Leadership and team awareness, as well as for future reference.
- Engage in ongoing training to remain up-to-date on corporate and team policies, along with troubleshooting techniques.
- Identify, monitor, and inform the team and Leadership about emerging issues, requests, or other relevant topics.
