Technical Project Manager - Agile, Scrum

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, hardware, etc.) to develop, integrate, maintain, and decommission legacy satellite ground systems for the Space Systems Command - Generate Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Change Control Board (CCB) presentations to outline requirements, present technical solutions, and propose implementation and testing strategies - Create and upkeep system documentation such as the Interface Control Document, System Interface Document, network topologies, and data flow diagrams - Draft and sustain plans and procedures, including system test plans and system implementation plans - Develop and oversee implementation and testing schedules in conjunction with the customer - Partner with cybersecurity engineers to establish and maintain a secure network - Work alongside project engineering leads, systems engineers, and other technical personnel to evaluate, assess, and recommend options for fulfilling functional and technical needs of satellite ground systems, encompassing hardware and/or software - Ensure adherence to approved system engineering practices and quality standards by reviewing current processes and proposing solutions to enhance productivity - Assist in designing, analyzing, installing, managing, and configuring advanced LAN and network systems that support critical mission operations - Maintain oversight of technical activities and monitor milestone schedules within program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) - Engage in technical interchange meetings and review sessions
