Requirements
Must:
- At least 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory
- Proven experience in formulating strategic plans for organizations
- Familiarity with the Government funding lifecycle and capability in developing FYDP budget plans that support program funding
- Proficient in monitoring execution against strategic and FYDP plans, providing guidance on necessary adjustments
- Experience with customer financial software tools to generate reports aiding in tactical budget execution
- Ability to apply a strategic mindset to the tactical implementation of the customers mission portfolio
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear and error-free briefings and documents that support customer objectives
- Willingness to collaborate with another contractor to ensure support continuity; tasks may include managing incoming actions and organizing meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for senior customer leadership in executing a vital national security program
- Assist in envisioning strategies for mission success and developing funding plans that align with those strategies
- Aid in guiding customer investment decisions and monitoring the execution of projects
- Advise on course corrections as needed in response to execution oversight
- Develop briefings and documents to advocate for program funding effectively
- Ensure that budget requests are substantiated and align with the overall organizational strategy
- Collaborate with team members to triage action items and coordinate responses with the customer
- Help schedule meetings and manage communication as necessary.
