Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in providing support for storage solutions, including management, administration, and maintenance of systems such as SAN and NAS for optimal availability and performance.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate storage capacity and operational metrics effectively.
- Experience in implementing regular backup processes and disaster recovery protocols.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and Direct Attached Storage.
- Skilled in implementing and overseeing backup solutions to ensure regular data backups.
- Capability to assess and enhance storage system performance to eliminate potential bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of configuring storage technologies for IPv6 alongside IPv4.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration of the storage area network (SAN).
- Conduct all necessary maintenance, configurations, and deployments related to the SAN system.
- Provision storage resources and monitor capacity status.
- Provide ongoing support for the storage environment and ensure reliable backups.
- Execute storage-related tasks such as volume creation, LUN provisioning, and data migration.
- Configure storage technologies to function within an IPv6-enabled environment alongside IPv4.
