Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering
- Hands-on experience with requirements definition, integration, and verification for aerospace systems, such as avionics or structures
- Proficient understanding of systems engineering processes, including V-diagram and requirements management tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities
- Must currently hold a secret clearance and be eligible for TS/SCI clearance
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of aerospace quality and certification standards
- Strong skills in systems architecture and a comprehensive viewpoint
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of verification and validation processes in alignment with aerospace standards
- Ensure stringent configuration management and documentation adherence while meeting certification and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Program Management, and Technical Leadership teams
