Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelors degree with 9 or more years of experience; Masters degree with 7 or more years of experience; PhD or JD with 4 or more years of experience.
- Familiarity with NRO, IC, or DoD satellite programs and program management practices.
- Proven capability to collaborate with large teams for root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in performing trend analysis and summarizing insights for clients.
- Experience in managing USG contract execution (desired).
- Background in acquisition or contract management for spacecraft enhancements (desired).
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support for on-orbit systems operations, including telemetry monitoring and data analysis of sub-system performance, anomaly troubleshooting, and impact assessments on system efficacy.
- Assist in system engineer reviews of operational procedures while offering technical analysis for process enhancements and detailed insights on system functionalities, protective modes, anomaly resolution, and contingency operations.
- Ensure efficient spacecraft operations and prompt resolution of anomalous situations.
- Oversee and ensure the health and safety of on-orbit spacecraft and their associated payloads.
- Contribute to maintenance and engineering tasks for the spacecraft constellation, including system configurations and operational performance monitoring.
- Present briefings and updates to management regarding all facets of program status.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for all matters concerning on-orbit spacecraft operations, maintenance, and calibration activities.
