Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Experience with Department of Defense and/or Intelligence Community satellite/payload and ground system architectures
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Masters degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional technical skills related to ground systems hardware and software
- Strong leadership abilities and effective interpersonal skills
- Proficient in briefing and writing
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Report to the Operations Division Chief and Chief Operations Engineer (COE)
- Drive the development of MSOC procedures, technical manuals, and operator training materials
- Collaborate with partner contractors who operate in the shared SOC space
- Clearly communicate with program management to identify risks and timely escalate issues
- Engage with broader SEIT processes and systems developers for continuous improvement of operational capabilities
