Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field with a minimum of 14 years of experience, or a Masters degree with at least 12 years of experience, or a PhD/JD with 9 years of experience, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Intelligence Community engineering, project management, or program office
- Knowledge of the U.S. Government or commercial space sectors
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing and briefing capabilities
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA is preferred
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, investing in, adopting, and delivering innovative commercial technology solutions that translate phenomenology into intelligence value
- Match emerging and upcoming technologies with mission area requirements
- Conduct technical reviews and evaluations of high-impact technology developments and readiness initiatives; create technology transition plans
- Foster collaboration and systems engineering across various industry and government teams, including startups in the space market
- Support government end users in developing work program specifications, facilitate vendor meetings, and monitor deliverables
- Build and maintain relationships with similar organizations within the Intelligence Community, sharing insights, teamwork on work programs, and addressing complex challenges
- Provide logistical and collaborative assistance to a Federal Lab as needed
- Generate documents and presentations to convey program/project status and brief government parties as necessary
