Requirements
Must:
- AA Degree in a related field and 1+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 2+ years of related experience and industry certifications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Experience in remote troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and integrate support for existing hardware, software, and network configurations across designated locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for user support regarding new accounts, imaging, and distribution of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software.
- Provide IT support for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop and laptop systems, servers, networks, phones, printers, audiovisual systems, and software applications.
- Offer recommendations to clients on IT-related inquiries based on their requirements.
- Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical staff.
- Participate in the development of IT infrastructure projects.
- Provide support across multiple site locations and assist with remote and offsite employee IT issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors on hardware and software problems.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and authorize upgrades or engineering change orders for hardware and software.
- Deliver feedback and customer support for issues related to product performance, including solutions that may involve exchanges or complex problem-solving.
