Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline
- At least 9 years of experience in systems engineering
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience as a technical advisor liaising between technical teams and senior leadership
- Proven skills in drafting requirements documents, test plans, standard operating procedures, and other engineering documentation
Responsibilities
- Develop system requirements in concert with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Analyze mission objectives and convert them into clear operational plans (CONOPS)
- Conduct strategic reviews of developers system designs at all stages, from conceptual to detailed designs
- Collaborate on verification and validation test plans and reviews to confirm systems meet client objectives
- Provide comprehensive status updates, risk analysis, and identify opportunities for various customer stakeholders
- Proactively track and manage project timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery
- Assist in preparing project review presentations for executive-level milestones
- Build collaborative relationships through timely and accurate communication with customer and contractor partners
- Act as an authoritative representative for the customer during critical testing events
