Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience within an Intelligence Community (IC) Agency
- Exceptional skills in technical writing and editing
- Background in Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in converting complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content
- Familiarity with documentation tools and version control systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Generate and sustain comprehensive technical documentation
- Ensure all content adheres to high-quality standards
- Review and edit technical documents for precision and clarity
- Maintain uniformity across all documentation
- Implement proper grammar and technical writing best practices
- Engage in stakeholder management and collaborate with various programs and teams
- Collect information from subject matter experts
- Work with stakeholders to fulfill project documentation requirements
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to existing materials
- Manage version control for documentation
- Archive obsolete materials and preserve a documentation library
- Ensure all documentation complies with organizational standards
- Stay updated on industry best practices for technical writing
- Apply consistent formatting and style rules in all documents
