Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with at least fourteen (14) years of relevant experience; or a Masters degree with twelve (12) years of experience; additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Extensive knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), especially Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, including installation, patching, and advanced SQL query optimization.
- Proven expertise in performance tuning, high availability configurations (clustering/mirroring), and robust backup and recovery strategies to prevent data loss.
- Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to enhance database security.
- Experience in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database management systems (DBMS) that support secure enterprise applications, ensuring high availability of critical security services.
- Manage backend databases for identity and credentialing systems, ensuring 100% data integrity and synchronization across network nodes.
- Implement stringent security protocols in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to protect sensitive data.
