Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and 14 years of relevant experience, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in developing data models that integrate program financial and technical data for actionable decisions.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- An active Top Secret clearance with an in-scope SSBI/T5 background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Program clearances. Willingness to consent to a polygraph is required.
Responsibilities
- Advise Program/Project Managers on acquisition strategies, scheduling, contracting, budgeting, and project execution.
- Create integrated data models consolidating financial and technical information to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare regular status reports, organize and manage periodic staff and technical interchange meetings, and develop acquisition plans and executive program briefings.
- Draft and coordinate program planning and execution documents in compliance with DoDI 5000.02 and relevant policies regarding rapid prototyping.
- Conduct technical and programmatic evaluations of contractor design and milestone reviews to assess progress, risks, and mission requirements.
- Oversee program element coordination, staffing, and monitoring while advising the government client on funding commitments, obligations, and expenditures, and preparing program funding documentation and monthly financial reports for the program lifecycle.
