Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelors degree with 14 years of relevant experience, or Masters degree with 12 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of strong acquisition support experience (NRO experience preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills along with effective briefing and communication abilities
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community acquisition cycle, acquisition documentation, and budgetary processes
- Solid understanding of FAR, NAM, contract types, and acquisition methodologies
- Awareness of R&D and/or space systems acquisition
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with government technical and contract personnel to create acquisition strategies and documentation facilitating program development and execution
- Assist in the formulation of program acquisition packages alongside government staff
- Review and validate acquisition documents, including sole source justifications, CDRLs, and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Prepare contractual documents for review and approval by government contract officers
- Provide advisory support during technical and cost assessments of proposals
- Document technical and programmatic requirements in collaboration with technical teams
- Input funding data into the customers financial systems
- Generate acquisition packages following government acquisition guidelines
- Draft standard acquisition artifacts such as Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists, In Scope Determinations, and proposal evaluation criteria
- Collaborate with development teams to track technical advancements, identify challenges, and evaluate technical solutions
- Support Agile SAFe program development processes and activities
