Requirements

Must:
- U.S. citizenship and an active Top-Secret SCI clearance, with the ability to pass a CI polygraph (within the last 5 years) - Over 5 years of experience in technical targeting, investigating emerging technologies, and evaluating UTS threats for the U.S. military or intelligence community - Proficient in technical targeting and at least two of the following: Technical Threat Analysis, OSINT, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Cryptocurrency analysis, All-Source Intelligence for Operational Risk Management, Targeting for CI/HUMINT Operations - Experience providing analytical support to tactical, operational, and strategic CI/HUMINT missions - Skilled in conducting technical threat program analyses, advising management on threats, and proposing actions - Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to regulations and policies - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical subjects to diverse audiences in both written and verbal formats - Bachelors degree in a relevant field plus 5+ years of specialized technical targeting experience; or 6+ years of specialized experience with appropriate military and civilian training - Familiarity with commercial OSINT tools such as OpenIO, Maltego, and other systems - Experience conducting online investigations internationally and understanding PAI datasets - Demonstrated skill using various analytical tools including SILO, Maltego, Shodan, Google Earth, and more - Ability to produce clear and concise written reports detailing findings and methodologies - In-depth knowledge of military operations, terminology, and structure

Responsibilities

- Employ OSINT tools, PAI/CAI datasets, and classified databases to assess risks from emerging threats and UTS technologies affecting sensitive operations - Analyze UTS capability deficiencies in specific contexts while researching potential mitigation strategies and best practices - Conduct comprehensive analyses of physical and digital environments to uncover data relationships and digital signature correlations - Assist with cryptocurrency and geolocation assessments, and integrate these findings into threat evaluation packages - Create and deliver tailored written technical threat assessments and prepare reports according to client needs, alongside providing briefings for training purposes - Address urgent, time-sensitive client requirements that necessitate critical thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities - Perform daily responsibilities in an office setting, with necessary travel throughout the DC-metro area and occasional domestic or international trips to support field operations
