Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; High School diploma can be replaced by 6 additional years of related experience.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in technical, deskside support.
- HDI Technical Support Professional certification required within six months of joining.
- Relevant certifications such as A+, Net+, Secure+ are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Dependable with personal transportation is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 deskside support for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues in a diverse MS Windows environment.
- Diagnose and support Apple (MAC) computers and iOS devices, including performing repairs.
- Execute imaging, deployment, and asset management tasks for various systems.
- Conduct IMAC procedures and lifecycle refresh activities.
- Maintain and update the IT service management system to document progress and compliance with service level agreements.
- Assist in leading small projects while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Serve as an escalation point for junior and mid-level engineers for complex problem resolution.
- Support remote tool setups and conference room configurations.
- Travel to different field sites as required, ensuring reliable transportation for all assignments.
