Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field along with 14 years of relevant experience (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Active Top Secret clearance with the capability to secure access to Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Programs; willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
- Proficient in technical program management, systems engineering, and government acquisitions specifically in the Space Systems domain.
- Familiarity with contemporary software development practices including containerization, orchestration, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in integrating essential ground segment systems like cloud-based Infrastructure, Platform as a Service (PaaS) frameworks, and antennas.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architecture and engineering tasks such as defining system requirements, designing, managing interfaces, developing data architecture, and conducting verification and validation activities.
- Assist the customer team in executing and managing acquisition strategies, along with the integration and support of cloud-based software systems involving various mission partner systems.
- Create, evaluate, and oversee ground segment technical and interface requirements; facilitate interface discussions with external stakeholders.
- Supervise the verification process for requirements and interfaces.
- Manage the software product backlog, ensuring it aligns with baseline and evolving requirements; provide insights for prioritizing development and enhancing solution implementations.
- Guarantee the systematic translation of product requirements into comprehensive systems solutions that accommodate technical, scheduling, and budgetary constraints.
- Support the creation of system engineering documents, including CONOPs, requirements definitions, system testing, algorithm reviews, and interfaces with other development efforts.
- Aid in the strategy development and improvement process, pinpointing program execution challenges and suggesting resolutions.
