Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology (or a related field) and 5+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience of 6 additional years may substitute for the degree.
- Active Interim Secret security clearance is necessary; must be eligible for higher clearance.
- Security+ or CISSP Certification is required.
- Certification in Microsoft OS (or FedVTE/Gov Microsoft OS Certificate).
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent interpersonal skills paired with strong reporting abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology (IT) principles and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Internet Protocol (IP) networks, network troubleshooting, and Cisco equipment.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 OS configuration.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Willingness to travel CONUS or OCONUS for event support (25% of the year).
Responsibilities
- Operate NSITE software in accordance with event support requirements.
- Provide support for NSITE software field testing and generate reports.
- Collaborate and coordinate with site personnel for hardware integration tasks.
- Manage and maintain configuration management documentation (using Microsoft Visio) and confirm system configurations.
- Gather system engineering requirements from clients for event-specific NSITE recordings or mission viewing activities.
