Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and five (5) years of relevant experience; four (4) years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance with the capability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Strong expertise in deploying and managing Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proficient in utilizing Helm for Kubernetes deployment management.
- Understanding of Keycloak and Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our internal developer platform, focusing on CI/CD, Kubernetes, and automation for both connected and air-gapped settings.
- Utilize GitLab for effective source control and pipeline management.
- Implement automation through Ansible as the primary scripting language.
- Leverage Python for creating testing and support scripts.
- Conduct Kubernetes deployments using Helm and ensure comprehensive documentation with MkDocs/ADRs.
- Ensure delivery expectations include trunk-based GitLab workflows, automated testing, and security scanning.
- Maintain supply chain hygiene, including checksum verification and artifact management for high-security environments.
- Uphold security best practices regarding secret management and vulnerability scanning within CI processes.
