Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business solutions engineering support, including architectural design and documentation. - Conduct daily activities to identify technology solutions that align with enterprise needs. - Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and determine suitable technologies. - Execute proof of concept demonstrations to evaluate technology viability. - Analyze trade-offs among competing solutions and provide data-driven alternatives. - Produce comprehensive written analyses and recommendations outlining processes, evaluations, and the necessity for further progress. - **Job Role Specific Requirements:** - CyberArk Sentry Certification to be obtained within one year of employment, demonstrating advanced CyberArk Privileged Access Security skills. - Three years of expertise in CyberArk implementation and lifecycle management within contexts similar to the Department of Transportation. - Minimum of five years of server administration experience, particularly with Windows Server 2019 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8. - Three years in a design architect role focused on CyberArk, including disaster recovery planning and system administration in large enterprises. - **Preferred Skills and Qualifications:** - Experience integrating CyberArk with SailPoint for enhanced privileged access management and identity governance. - In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, including account management, Group Policy, and PowerShell automation. - Solid understanding of SQL Server 2019 database management, including backups, integrity checks, and maintenance plans. - Proven proficiency in configuring CyberArk for secure integration across various systems and devices.

Responsibilities

- Elevate our cybersecurity and identity management capabilities by coordinating with external partners, such as DHS CISA integrators. - Implement mandatory Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) solutions at the Department of Transportation. - Integrate DOTs SailPoint infrastructure with the ServiceNow environment and manage the ILM solution across different environments. - Support ILM workflows for Privileged Account Management (PAM) tools and Active Directory, and create new system connections. - Deploy software updates and report on SailPoint IdentityIQ operations while addressing security vulnerabilities. - Provide on-call support as needed, participate in annual Disaster Recovery tests, document recovery plans, and offer subject matter expertise for improvements. - Ensure adherence to DOT change management processes and enhance reporting capabilities to maintain CDM dashboard compliance per DHS CISA standards.
