Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with at least fourteen (14) years of relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory
- Relevant DoD 8140 certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, or Security+)
- Proficiency in developing and testing cybersecurity tools and systems tailored to operational needs
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical development initiatives across teams
- Strong grasp of secure development practices and performance optimization methods
- Familiarity with integrating cybersecurity capabilities into secure systems and adhering to standards
- Experience in leading capability demonstrations and technical assessments in operational settings
- Expertise in identifying challenges during the development lifecycle and implementing effective solutions
- Knowledge of innovative technologies and architectures to enhance cybersecurity performance
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills for reporting and documentation
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of advanced cybersecurity capabilities that align with our mission objectives
- Supervise testing and refinement of cybersecurity tools to ensure they meet performance and security standards
- Lead technical teams in designing and implementing capabilities, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Troubleshoot performance issues, identify gaps, and propose creative solutions to enhance reliability
- Assist in documentation efforts by crafting technical reports, user manuals, and assessment summaries for stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the successful integration and deployment of developed tools in secure environments
- Ensure compliance with best practices, mandates, and policies related to cybersecurity for ongoing projects
