Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of fourteen (14) years of relevant experience
- Must have undergone a security background investigation (T5) and be adjudicated for SCI eligibility
- Willingness to be nominated for Sensitive Compartmented Information access and to consent to a polygraph examination
- Proven expertise in Python, Bash, and Terraform
- Experience in establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence
- Familiarity with automated testing and deployment of infrastructure or configurations
- Capability to enhance connectivity between cloud services and high-performance on-premises compute servers
- Demonstrated knowledge of DevSecOps tools and solutions
- Experience with service mesh architectures such as Unified Data Library, Warp Core, or Palantir Foundry
- Background in cybersecurity covering governance, compliance, encryption, access control, and secure architecture
- Skill in preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design, manage, and document hybrid cloud solutions to enhance workflows for AI applications
- Optimize cloud computing technologies utilizing pyspark and distributed computation, integrating solutions into delivery frameworks
- Develop tools and scripts to monitor, troubleshoot, and automate the deployment of AI models within existing analytics platforms
- Oversee solutions related to analytics including availability, performance, security, and capacity planning
- Implement, develop, and deploy cloud microservices and integrate cloud resources with high-performance computing servers
- Create effective solutions for data storage and hosting
- Develop software pipelines to query databases, merging data sources for analysis
- Manage requirements, builds, upgrades, and fixes across various environments (development, testing, production)
- Aid developers and data scientists with code deployments, focusing on CI/CD configuration
- Utilize available solutions to establish automations for efficient data processing
- Enhance open-source software to expedite mission-driven solutions while reducing proprietary dependencies
- Employ a microservice architecture and agile coding practices to support robust network performance and security processes
- Design analytical software packages and custom virtual environments for secure deployments
