Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with 14 years of experience OR Masters Degree with 9 years of experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- Proven experience in Satellite Vehicle Assembly Integration and Test (SV AI&T)
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable mentoring Government Points of Contact (GPOCs)
- Experience in a government/contractor team environment
- Familiarity with SETA (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance) principles
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams on the East and West coast to oversee integration and test activities
- Provide technical support, coaching, and mentoring to GPOCs
- Coordinate related SV AI&T work, including major program reviews such as SV Pre-Ship Review (PSR)
- Participate in the technical staff for the Program Office in the design, development, and integration of satellite systems
- Ensure SV AI&T activities meet program requirements, risks, and opportunities are evaluated
- Work closely with diverse teams to facilitate system integration and mission success
- Analyze prime contractor performance during milestone reviews and compliance with technical requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks in the SV AI&T lifecycle
- Be prepared for potential travel up to 25%
