Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 14 years of experience; Masters degree with 12 years; or PhD/JD with 9 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record in a government/contractor team setting.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Assess compliance of satellite payload requirements in collaboration with the Prime contractor, analyzing data to resolve outstanding issues.
- Review test plans and results to measure payload performance at both unit and system levels.
- Aid in understanding and addressing anomalies through root cause analysis and the identification of corrective actions, considering technical and schedule implications.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technical and programmatic risks across enterprise, system, and subsystem levels, partnering with Prime and Subcontractor teams to formulate and assess mitigation strategies.
- Foster and sustain effective relationships with Prime and Subcontractor counterparts, functional teams, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Define entrance and exit criteria for key program reviews, including Pre-Ship Reviews.
- Contribute to trade studies that outline and advance requirements for future satellite systems.
