Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with nine (9) years of relevant experience; Masters degree with seven (7) years of experience; or PhD/JD with four (4) years of experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
- Proficient in Radar and RF phenomenology related to collection and processing methodologies
- Familiar with Radar/RF systems encompassing tasking, command & control, collection, mission processing, or dissemination
- Experienced in requirements development and definition processes
- Knowledge of IC, DoD, and/or commercial space architectures and operations
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with the MS Office tool suite
Responsibilities
- Drive RF/Radar resiliency initiatives by collaborating with IC stakeholders to assess emerging technologies and identify vulnerabilities
- Maintain comprehensive technical awareness across a varied GEOINT mission processing portfolio, monitoring baselines, schedules, risks, and cost factors
- Provide strategic advice to senior government officials on architectural decisions, investment strategies, and risk assessments
- Engage with development clients, ensuring oversight of software development and integration in alignment with government requirements
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Systems Engineers and Acquisition Experts to oversee the acquisition of modern mission processing applications
- Lead strategic planning initiatives, including technical trade studies and future architecture definitions
- Conduct performance assessments and analyze impacts on cost, schedule, and risks related to current and future Ground architecture implementations
