Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelors degree with 9 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proficiency in Python programming for software development.
- Background in roles supporting computer network operations (CNO) within the Department of War.
- Proven experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS), particularly in analyzing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic and identifying cyber vulnerabilities.
- Prior role as an Information Operations Network (ION) professional, Enlisted Analyst (EA), or graduate of the Computer Network Operations Development Program (CNODP).
- Knowledge of network protocols and security frameworks in ICS/SCADA environments.
- Competence in Python for tool and script development.
- Valid Intermediate or Advanced cybersecurity certification (minimum CompTIA Security+ or equivalent).
- Track record of effective collaboration within an Agile development team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated cyber tools using Python for Windows, Debian Linux, and embedded systems.
- Assess and enhance capabilities for specialized operational technology environments, focusing on ICS and PLCs.
- Engage in the complete development lifecycle encompassing concept, design, testing, documentation, and deployment following Agile methodologies.
- Conduct research on vulnerabilities and develop exploits to meet operational needs.
- Innovate and automate processes to boost the efficiency of cyber operations.
- Devise and implement solutions targeting Deny, Degrade, Disrupt, Destroy, and/or Manipulate (D4M) objectives.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of security experts to tackle complex technical challenges and achieve mission-critical results.
