Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology (or a related field) with at least 9 years of relevant experience
- An additional 6 years of experience may substitute for a degree
- Must possess an active Interim Secret security clearance
- Security+ or CISSP Certification
- Microsoft OS Certification or equivalent (FedVTE/Gov Microsoft OS Certificate)
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
- Excellent interpersonal skills along with effective reporting practices
- Basic understanding of Information Technology (IT) principles and troubleshooting
- Experience with Internet Protocol (IP) networks, network troubleshooting, and Cisco equipment
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 OS configuration
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Visio
- Willingness to travel CONUS or OCONUS for event support (25% annually)
Responsibilities
- Operate NSITE software according to event support needs
- Assist in NSITE software field testing and reporting
- Coordinate with onsite personnel for hardware integration tasks
- Maintain and verify configuration management documentation using Microsoft Visio
- Gather system engineering requirements from customers for NSITE recording or mission viewing during events
