Requirements
Must:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- BS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; other degrees considered with relevant experience
- Minimum 9 years of overall experience
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including architecture, object-oriented design, coding, and testing
- Proficient in Python, Java, or Go
- Familiarity with Javascript frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience in developing web applications using microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
- Knowledge of Docker, AWS and/or Azure, and Kubernetes for containerization and cloud services
- Skilled in version control and CI/CD tools such as GitLab
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Keen interest in researching and mastering new technologies
- Capable of managing competing priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Design, engineer, analyze, and create software prototypes or applications in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify problem scope and vision to establish capabilities and priorities
- Involve in all phases of the software development lifecycle: user story creation, design, development, automated testing, and operational support
- Develop user-friendly interfaces for effective data management and system oversight
- Create new visualization features to address changing end-user needs
- Collaborate on complex algorithms to provide optimized solutions
- Assess software maintainability and compliance with user requirements and departmental standards
- Promote continuous improvement through process and tooling suggestions
- Mentor colleagues by sharing innovative concepts and industry best practices
