Requirements
Must:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as communications, international relations, or management/leadership
- 12 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate ideas, recommendations, and options effectively to customers, senior leaders, and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in implementing strategies to manage program risks by aligning objectives with risk tolerance levels
- Develop a systematic method for identifying, evaluating, and responding to threats and opportunities
- Facilitate strategic and tactical decision-making through comprehensive risk assessments across the organization
- Offer expert guidance to the Government Program Manager and Senior Space Force leadership on risks associated with finance, operations, regulations, security, or environmental factors
- Communicate risks and strategies clearly to all stakeholders, including international allies and partners
- Prepare presentation materials, status updates, and strategic communication inputs
- Provide actionable recommendations for addressing prioritized risks to the Government Program Manager
- Collaborate on acquisition planning documents such as AoAs, ASPs, and J&As
- Contribute to solicitation planning and execution documents including RFPs, SOWs, and CDRLs
