Requirements
Must:
- U.S. citizenship
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution and over 9 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 15 years of experience in the field can substitute for a degree
- In-depth understanding of GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED)
- Proven experience in identifying user needs and gaps, determining potential solutions, and evaluating alternatives
- Demonstrated success in high-profile roles requiring self-motivation and a strong technical and leadership background; maintains professionalism under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective interaction with various organizations and representatives, including senior military and government personnel and contractors
- Proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Support training, exercises, and operational assistance to Intelligence Community (IC) partners by identifying technical capabilities that drive end-user success
- Provide strategic planning and senior staff support, including coordination of engagement activities, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Assist in formulating customer strategic messaging, tracking user requirements, and incorporating senior leader guidance for messaging updates
- Capturing user requirements and translating them into recommended updates within a systems engineering/agile framework
- Deliver expert advice, comprehensive training, and operational support to IC partners by identifying relevant customer capabilities
- Develop intelligence summaries for leadership review and prepare PMR briefings
- Implement strategic messaging, track user needs, gather business intelligence and data metrics, and manage customer relationships
- Engage regularly with government entities, SETA, FFRDC, and external stakeholders
