Requirements
Must:
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to be considered for this position.
- Previous experience in an operations center environment.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of network systems and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to guide systems from the development phase to operational usage.
- Bachelors degree with nine (9) years of relevant experience; Masters degree with seven (7) years; or PhD with four (4) years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the customer in overseeing operations and maintaining daily status reports of operational systems.
- Regularly communicate with program office management as needed.
- Provide expert guidance on operational issues and anomaly resolution.
- Comprehend operational capabilities, constraints, and modes of operation.
- Examine specifications, unit details, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Review documentation and processes to support operational activities.
- Monitor ongoing developments and activities at the manufacturing site.
- Offer expert analysis concerning operational capabilities.
- Participate in developer reviews, pre-tests, pre-ship evaluations, and related meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with customer Systems Engineers to provide daily product feedback, including developer performance and operational status.
